THE AMOUNT OF THE REFERRAL FEE:
- $5000 for a pre-seed, seed,pre-A company (investment up to $1 million)
- $10000 for a Growth company, Series A / B / C (investment > $1 million)
HOW IT WORKS?
- You send us a recommendation of a project which you consider is a good fit for us to [email protected] or using the form below.
- We make a pre-screen of the project. If it is in our area of investment interest, we will contact you, confirm acceptance of the recommendation and ask you to arrange a meeting with the founders.
- Project evaluation process and a phase of negotiation with the team regarding investment.
- In case of a positive decision on the investment, we will pay you a commission within 60 days from the date of closing the deal or public announcement of the deal.

We focus on b2c and b2b2c traffic-driven businesses.
Companies in the iGaming vertical are considered at all stages.
A minimal requirement is to have a strong team, proven ability of the business idea, and tested unit economy.

GENERAL TERMS:
- BRNR affiliate partner is an individual / legal entity who recommended us a company for investment.
- We accept recommendations from both Boosta employees, portfolio companies and external contractors.
Preference for projects with founders from Ukraine. Projects with founders from the CEE region are also considered.*
* Burner does not consider applications from teams located in russia / belarus.
CRITERIA FOR A VALID RECOMMENDATION:
- We have not had direct negotiations with the project regarding investments during the previous 12 months.
- The BRNR affiliate partner who recommended the company is personally acquainted with the stakeholders (founder / shareholder / CEO), and can refer and organize a meeting with them.
- In the case of a recommendation of the same project by different recommenders, the commission is awarded to the person who organized the acquaintance first.
- We pay a commission within 60 days from the date of signing the agreement or public announcement of the deal.
